When do we receive the product I ordered?

The products you have purchased are delivered to our courier to be delivered to you as soon as possible.After receiving the packages, our court delivers the packages to the address you are in within the time specified in the order.
How will my order be shipped?
If your products are within working hours, they are shipped on the same day, orders placed on the weekend are delivered to cargo on Monday morning.
How will I know that my order has been delivered to the courier?
When your orders from our site are delivered to the courier, the shipment information about your order is automatically sent to your e-mail address registered in our system. In addition, when you log in to our site, you can view your orders from the My Account section and view the status of your order instantly.
Will I pay any fee when receiving my order?
There is absolutely no extra charge during delivery. Please contact us if the courier officer asks you for any fees.
My order is defective or wrong, what should I do?
When your order is delivered to you by the courier officer, you must check the outer package for damage and prepare a 'Damage Assessment Report' in case of any damage. Another point you should pay attention to regarding the damage assessment report is the explanations given by the courier officers in the minutes. For example, `There is no damage to the package. The product is damaged. A report such as `will be interpreted as that the product is not damaged during transportation, so it creates problems during the change. Please warn the officer to keep a complete report with correct words for your damaged product. (Example: The product was checked when I received it and it was found to be damaged) In case of any damage you notice after receiving your order, you must immediately inform us and request assistance in preparing a damage assessment report. When the product reaches us by preparing the report by the courier officer, your change process will be completed quickly and you will be informed.
IMPORTANT: You must send your damaged product to us by the courier that delivered to you.
My bill was not delivered with my order. What should I do?
All orders delivered by courier are delivered according to the invoice and with an invoice or receipt. Our official invoices are an integral part of your order. Your invoice is delivered to you, except for the packaging in which your order is placed. If the invoice is not delivered to you by the courier for any reason, please remind the courier officer and ask persistently. For the invoice that cannot be delivered despite all your requests, please keep a report and report it to us. The cargo company will find it as soon as possible or a stamped copy will be sent to you by us.
The product received is not the product I ordered? (Number, color or product is different)
You can send it to us by courier along with the return / change form and invoice. When the product reaches us, the correct product will be sent to you as soon as possible.
Can I change the recipient name or address after placing an order?
If your order has not been shipped yet, you can change the recipient's name or address. After making the change, we kindly ask you to inform siparis@algolina.com via e-mail. The courier officer who will come to your address will make delivery to the name you have given by checking identity.
What Should Be Considered During Courier Delivery?
When the products that you have ordered from our site reach you, you can open and check your package after signing the delivery receipt if you want, while the courier officer is with you. If there is any mistake or deficiency in the content of the package, you can prepare the courier report and send it back to us or provide information. In such cases, if you have any problems with the courier officer, we ask you to inform us immediately. The necessary intervention will be made by us as soon as possible and your problem will be resolved.
