Spirulina, a type of microalgae from the cyanobacteria family, is known for its high nutritional value, naturally containing protein, vitamins, and minerals, and providing benefits to humanity through photosynthesis. It is cultivated using clean natural water sources in culture ponds, away from heavy metals and polluted environmental waters. With its protein content of over 60%, Spirulina is considered a genuine protein source and is thus recognized as the Superfood of the century.
Rich in minerals, Spirulina is known to contain beneficial minerals such as Iron, Phosphorus, Calcium, Magnesium, and Potassium. Additionally, it naturally contains vitamins B group, E, and K1.
Spirulina also naturally contains some essential fatty acids like Omega fatty acids. The Phycocyanin (Phycocyanin) pigment, known as blue spirulina worldwide, is the pigment that makes blue-green algae blue, which constitutes Spirulina.
