Cancellation and Refund Conditions
1-) There is no warranty responsibility for the products you purchase from www.algolina.com.
2-) If the product you purchased has been damaged during transportation, print a report to the cargo personnel and do not take delivery of the product. You can open your orders with damaged, punctured, torn and wet cargo packages in front of the cargo personnel and check whether there is any damage to the products. If there is damage, do not take delivery of the cargo.
3-) You must return the purchased products in the packages sent to you. In case of damage to the original package, the package will be deducted up to 20% of the product price.
4) Your refund will be processed within 10 days from the receipt of the returned items as a result of your return request being valid. The amount to be returned to your account differs according to the payment method you used when creating your order.
5) Your money is visible on your account statement within 10 days for the payments you make with Single Payment Credit Card. This period is related to your bank and varies according to your cut-off date. Call your bank for detailed information.
6-) If you make your payment by EFT / Money Transfer, the refund will be made to the IBAN number you will write to siparis@algolina.com.
7-) Right of Withdrawal The buyer has the right to withdraw within 7 days from the delivery of the contractual product to him or to the person / organization at the address indicated. In order to use the right of withdrawal, the seller must be notified by e-mail or telephone within this period and the product has not been used and the package has not been opened in accordance with the provisions of Article 8. If this right is exercised, it is obligatory to return the original invoice and a copy of the cargo delivery report indicating that the product delivered to the third party or the buyer has been sent to the seller. The product price is returned to the buyer within 7 days following the receipt of these documents. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be returned. The shipping cost of the returned product due to the right of withdrawal is paid by the buyer.
8-) Products that will not be used for withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be used for products that cannot be returned due to their nature, fresh fruits / vegetables, cakes, cookies, disposable products, reproducible software and programs, consumables, products with fast deterioration or expiration date, and services. When an undesirable situation such as crushing or deterioration is observed in fresh fruit / vegetable products, the product must be photographed and sent to algolina.com before the product package is fully opened and the day the cargo arrives and the problem must be reported in writing. The amount of unusable product in fresh fruit, jam, cookies and / or cake will not be returned and will be sent to the customer. If you do not like the taste of the product, there is no refund.
9-) Exchange transactions can be accepted with the submission of the sales invoice provided that the products have not been used in any way within the 7-day withdrawal period, they are complete and complete. It is mandatory to present the sales invoice for all exchange transactions.
